- Description
- The Embassy of the United States of America in Quito, Ecuador requires to buy two vehicles with the following specifications. Two (2) SUVs Automatic Transmission FULL-GASOLINE 4X4 (or AWD), AC, MOTOR V6 4.0L, 5 doors Vehicles must be capable of being maintained in Ecuador with spare parts available locally at a reasonable cost and should be covered by the local dealer warranty. Specifications: Minimum specifications: Engine: DOHC V6, minimum 4000cc minimum 235HP Minimum Torque 376NM 24 Valves 4x4/ All-Wheel Drive. Minimum 6 speed automatic transmission Brake system ABS + EBD + BA Minimum 7 airbags Uphill assistance HAC Traction control TRC Stability control VSC Off-Road Suspension Interior Equipment Leather Seats Third Row Seating Automatic Air Conditioning and Heating for all 3 seating rows Adjustable Front seats, reclinable rear seats Wireless central lock smart entry Keyless start Alternate controls on steering wheel Audio system with touch screen, MP3, USB, AUX, DVD with CarPlay and android auto Leather seats Leather steering wheel Exterior and additional Equipment Electric opening for Tailgate/Rear Door Electric rear-view mirrors with incorporated lights 265/65 R17 AT tires Rear back-up camera Alarm Emergency tire lock Window safety screens minimum 8Mil WARRANTY Offeror must submit manufacturer�s warranty. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, bidders are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time a quotation is submitted. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.?Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Proposals may include multiple models but must provide the following information for each model: (i) your best price with validity of quote (ii) stock availability or indent lead time (iii) brochures or e-catalog with colors availability, specifications for each model. (iv) warranty terms and after-sales service information Quotes must remain valid for 120 days after close date unless otherwise stated by the quoter. We will evaluate offers based on the best value to the US Government. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to Quito, Ecuador must be considered in the proposal.
