The Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, located in/at Off Highway 191 & Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503 has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to deliver Janitorial supplies on an as needed basis to the Housekeeping Department. Performance Time: Period of performance is one one-year Base Period, plus four one-year Option Period. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 322291 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00192 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or before 07/16/25. Evaluation factors may include Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 07/24/2025. The acquisition is an Indian Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
