Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, effective 12/22/2023. This solicitation is a total Small Businesses (SB) set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484230, with a small business size standard of $34.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is V112. This will be a 3-month, Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The Government will issue a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the lowest price and whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
