Amendment 2 Corrected the following 1) PRODUCT SERVICE CODE CHANGED TO - Z2BA 2) NAICS CODE CHANGED TO 238220 3) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. _______________________________________________________ Amend 0001 does the following 1 Adds Site Visit information per information below 2. Extend due Date of Proposal to August 8 2025 3 ll other terms and conditions remain unchanged. _________________________________________________________________________________________ **IIJA (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act)** REFRIGERENT MONITOR REPLACEMENT (ZFW ARTCC) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to remove and replace the Refrigerant Monitor in the Chiller room B115 located in the basement of the Administration Wing at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZFW ARTCC). An award for this requirement is anticipated to be made to the offeror with the lowest priced quote received on or before August 8, 2025, that can be determined fully responsive and responsible. SOLICITATION This is a competitive solicitation for a FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract. As such, any proposals received that take exception to the terms and conditions in this solicitation, proposes additional terms or conditions, or otherwise indicates within their proposal that their proposed pricing is not all inclusive of the FFP proposed cannot be evaluated at face value in a competitive environment and will, therefore, be determined ineligible for a contract award. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. A site visit has been scheduled for July 30th , 2025 at 12-1pm local time at the address below. Please let me know 1 day prior if you wish to attend. This site visit is only to see the actual site and not for answering questions not related to the Statement of Work. See below regarding submission of any and all questions. INSTRUCTIONS Full instructions for submitting an offer are found in Section L starting on page 52 of the solicitation document. Make sure to complete the following: (a) Completed SIR document with all pricing information in Section B and (b) Representation and certifications in Section K (starting on page 43) marked with acceptable responses. Submit as a complete document. Do not excerpt and consolidate fill-in pages. (c) Completed Experience Questionnaire attached in Section J which demonstrates the following information: - Both projects involve . - All projects submitted must have been underway or completed within the last three years from the closing date of this SIR - Projects must be valued at or above $15,000.00 - All form blocks must be filled in to include Customer POC contact information. ***PROPOSALS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A COMPLETED SIR DOCUMENT AND COMPLETED EXPERIENCE FORM DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD*** EVALUATION FACTORS Evaluation factors and basis for award are found in Section M on page 57 of the solicitation document. AWARD DECISION The FAA intends to award a contract to the lowest price offeror determined to be eligible for award. The FAA reserves the right to cancel this requirement at any time and without notice.
