- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the Government in any contract award. The USAHCA � Medical Readiness Contracting Office Europe-USAHCA-MRCO-EUR is issuing the sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Gas Chromatograph with Dual Electron Capture Detector. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with business size standard 1,000 Employees. PSC code is 6630 � Chemical Analysis Instruments. The anticipated delivery 45 days after contract award. The delivery address: Regional Landstuhl Medical Center Landstuhl, Germany SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Brand Name or Equal Gas Chromatograph with Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) with the ability to screen drinking water and food samples for a wide array of prominent and emergent organic pollutants simultaneously. � Data acquisition and processing software to control instrument and process data. � The sample inlet should have a split/split less injection (SSL). � The system must have an integrated compartment with capability for at least 2 columns and capability for addition of additional/alternate detector. � The instrument requires a high sensitivity electron ionization source with instrument detection level (IDL) ?1.5 fg octafluoronaphthalene (OFN). � Libraries/Database information to include 40CFR organic contaminants and emerging � Instrument and software capable of interfacing with a purge and trap system for analysis of EPA 524.4. � The instrument should come with an autosampler capable of interfacing with the instrument software and injecting a range of 1-10 uL sample.
