- Language and cultural training in a classroom environment to during live and video learning events. Provides native speaking language instructors who create and present authentic lesson to adult foreign language students. Additionally, to provide technical and language program support personnel who assist both students and instructors meet learning objectives. Amendment 0002 is being issued to: (1) Finalized all draft documents (2) Address questions received from industry (3) Extend submission due date from 14 august 2025 to 21 august 2025 (4) Add TE 8 (5) Add pricing matrix template. Note: All solicitations and attachements have been revised. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefuly review all updated materials in their entirety to ensure a complete and accurare response to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 is being issued to: 1) Extend Submission due date from 04 August 2025 to 14 August 2025. Note: We are currently pending final reviews for Finalized Solicitation and Responses to questions received, Amendment 0002 will be posted to provide Finalized Solicitation and Reponses to questions received. .
