- SPE7LX25RX020 **This buy is being made subject to the terms and conditions of FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.** NAICS: 336320 - Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Mfg., 1000 Employees FSC: 2540 VEHICULAR FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES Response Date: 09/05/2025 11:59pm Title: CONTROL BOX, ELECTRICAL, VEHICULAR HEATER NSN(s) 2540-01-125-6154 is being solicited. They are procured in accordance with a complete Bid Set. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) and the FOB point is Origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS DLA Depot locations. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside, and the small business standard is 1000 employees. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on or about 08/05/2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned as instructed in the solicitation by the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable; but a PDF copy of your proposal/quote may be uploaded to DIBBS. A technical data package Is available by clicking the link in DIBBS and then searching by NSN in c-folders. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DLA LAND AND MARITIME. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as ""Militarily Critical Technical Data."" Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the course of the on-line auction, offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors and anyone else having access to the on-line auction. This public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g., ""Offeror A""). By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and that their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, unless the Contracting Officer decides that further discussions are needed and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307.
