- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0026QA019 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2025-01-07 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117. This solicitation is for Custom Orthotics, braces, and prosthetic supplies required at Department of Orthopedics, Scoliosis Orthotics/Prosthetics, Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Estimated delivery date of 30 September 2026.
