Description

FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue an RFP for the following material: Legend Assembly, p/n: 51765-11, (45) each, FSCM: 08719, FSC: 1630, SIC: 3728, NAICS: 336413 and Push Buttons, p/n: 10648DC24-411, (90) each, 10648DC24-412, (45) each, 10648DC24-413, (45) each, FSCM: 08719, FSC: 5930, SIC: 3728, NAICS: 336413; OEM: Ducommun Tecnologies, Inc. These parts are used on F18 Night Vision systems. Current technical specifications and or drawings are not available. The Government is seeking quotations on ?New? material only. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for the required material. Prospective vendors that can provide this type of material are encouraged to submit a request for the RFP. The RFP will be available for review and downloading at the following US Navy website: www.neco.navy.mil The RFP wi ll be issued and released to NECO on or about January 25, 2002. The solicitation period closes on COB 1600 PM, PST, February 22, 2002. This notice is issued as unrestricted. See numbered note 26. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 ?Required Central Contract Registration? applies to all solicitations issued on or after 6-1-98.
