Description
The Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA currently has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services on Lab-Volt Docking Stations and Associated Circuit Cards manufactured by Lab-Volt Systems, Inc. for the following Period of Performance, February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2006 which may be continued for one (1) additional "Option Year". This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about January 27, 2005 on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811212. The SIC Code is 7378. The Small Business Size is $ 21,000,! 000. The Federal Supply Class for this order is 4940. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-S10. This requirement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. NOTE: Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion on the government. The completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items must accompany proposal submittal. Proposals are due by COB - 1600 (4:00 PM) PT on January 31, 2005 at the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command, P.! O. Box 6053, Twentynine Palms, CA 92278-6053, Attn: Lisa Coyle, Contract Specialist.
