Bergin (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide a 13.2/7.6 KV electrical distribution system, replacing existing 2.4 KV distribution system servicing the Plumb Point Loop; Buildings 120, 300, 305, 319, and 400; Quarters area west of Hopkins Road; and miscellaneous loads along Spesutie Island Road east and west of Hopkins Road located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be in strict accordance with Specification 15FE95 and drawings 44667 through 44696. All Responsible offerors may submit a bid for consideration. Contract completion shall be within 480 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
