The replacement is to include all piping and electrical changes, to provide a complete working system. The contractor shall also prepare one of the removed cooling towers for shipment. The estimated magnitude of the project is $25,000 to $100,000. This project is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set-aside exclusively for small business firms.
