Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required, for the revitalization of the Common basement area, first, second, and third floors of Building 1208 West, Fort Monmouth, N.J., to create open office space, for the relocation of CECOM office building to main post. The scope of work includes, providing new finishes, offices & construction of handicapped toilet facilities. Project has government furnished equipment, (unit kitchens, office doors and plumbing fixtures). Proposed procurement is unrestricted and subject to the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0020, to be issued on/about 3 May 95. Estimated range $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Construction completion is 240 days. Project contains an optional bid item to furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to install occupancy sensor, power packs and slave packs, for lighting control at Building 1208 West. There will be a charge of $25.00 per bid package, to cover government specifications and drawings.
