Existing pressure reducing valves will be removed, separate fire zones will be combined into one with the addition of new pipe loops, pressure regulators will be added to houses at risk from over pressure, a pump and electrical service will be replaced, piping manifolds will be repaired and simplified, automatic pump control will be added to maintain required storage levels and operating pressures water meters will be installed, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 95 July 18 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 150 calendar days.
