Project is built above the existing office/training portion of the building. Includes new interior stairs and exterior metal stairway. Exterior is concrete masonry walls, open web metal/wood trusses, wood roof deck with rigid insulation and built-up roofing membrane. Aluminum, windows, architectural finishes, electrical and mechanical systems, miscellaneous site and demolition is also included. Estimated Range: $100,000 - $250,000 Performance Period: 240 days The approximate issue/response date will be 12 Jul 95. No telephone requests.
