The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of main electrical poewr distribution system. Provide a new exterior 2,000 ampere, 480 volt, double-ended unit substation, 1500 KVA dry transformers, 15 KV fused switches, motor control center, switches, feeders, branch circuits controls, testing, etc. Relocate existing Ramada. Remove existing double-ended unit substatoin, motor control center, conduit, wire, etc., after new equipment is installed and operational. All feeder charge overs and utility down time will be at the convenience of the Postal Service and scheduled a minimum of 72 hours in advance. The estimated cost range is between $350,000 and $400,000. An informal walk-through will be conducted Tuesday, July 11, 1995, convening in Room 116 and proceeding to conference room at 11 a.m., at 1135 Broadway N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
