Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Excavate trench for new sewer lines and sub-drainage system. Install sewer lines and appurtenances and sub-drainage system. Disconnect and remove or abandon existing sewer lines as designated on drawings. Grout abandoned sewer lines. Test new sewer lines. Bore beneath or cut and repair pavements as designated on drawings. Backfill trenches, repair turf, and clean-up job site. Provide gutter and downspouts. Remove and replace concrete stairway. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimates issue date for this project is July 10, 1995. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charges for each bid package requested by a bidder.
