Therefore this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1761, for this acquisition, The average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days. Project funding is subject to availability of funds.
