Remove: portions of rusted wall panels, ice shields skin, existing access doors, personnel doors, and roof skin. There will be provisions for new: metal sheeting, wood walers, access & personnel doors, painting, door frames, coating the roofs with elastomeric liquid membrane, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1542 and the small business size standard will be $17.0 million. Estimated cost range: $1,000,000 to $2,500,000. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern.
