Clemens Post Office at Mt.Clemens, MI. Work must be performed in three phases to maintain existing mandatory postal operations. Phase I: Rent-A-Box area; Phase II: Retail lobby area, counterline replacement; Phase III: Upgrade entrance vestibule and exterior glazing. No work will be performed during the Christmas holiday in the retail lobby area. Work will conform to the Postal Retail Store guidelines. Total project cost range is approximately $200,000.00 - $230,000.00. Plans and specification will be available on or about June 26, 1995. Plans and specification will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $30.00. Only cashiers check, money order or bank certified check will be accepted.
