Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and materials and perform work for the construction of a Women's PTSD Center on the 14th Floor B-Wing as required by plans and specifications for Project M95-4 in Building One at the VA Medical Center/Outpatient Clinics, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston Massachusetts 02130. Cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. Construction time is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Contract award is subject to Availability of Funds. A 90 day bid acceptance period is applicable to this solicitation. Request for bid package must be in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C) and no telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.
