This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing asphalt shingles and aluminum or masonite siding and replace with new asphalt shingles and solid vinyl siding, to include adjacent sheds in Military Family Housing area. Work shall include the removal and replacement of existing soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts and shutters. Also included is lead base paint abatement and encapsulation of lead contaminated substrate. Performance period is 560 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1522. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement.
