Re-surface with 2 inch asphalt approximately 60,000 sq. ft. of parking area and associated roadways. Full depth re-construction including concrete base and asphalt wearing surface for approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of roadway and parking area. All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A $100.00 refundable bid deposit is required with written request and check made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs. A limited number of bidding documents (one set per prime contractor) will be available O/A 8/15/95, on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1799 applies. This is unrestricted. Award is subject to availability of funds. (0173)
