ALTER GOLF CLUBHOUSE: Project consists of the renovation of 7317 sf golf clubhouse to include the relocation and installation of kitchen equipment, renovation of the dining area, expansion and renovation of locker rooms, replacing interior finishes, installing storefront and window replacement, installing sloped standing seam roof, and replacement of HVAC, electrical and public address system. REPAIR GOLF CLUBHOUSE: Project shall include the installation of a new 7317 sf sloped standing seam roof, the demolition and installation of a new concrete equipment pad, and modifying the existing HVAC and electrical services. There is a non-refundable chare of $48.00 for each solicitation package. Make checks, money morders or bank drafts payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check, money order or bank draft must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
