The work includes but is not limited to; remove existing sectional overhead door, provide wood stud with gypsum board partitions,provide doors, retrofit insulation, and provide lighting and fixtures, electrical and mechanical items as called for in the specifications. The work is to be completed within 120 days. An IFB will be issued on or about July 18, 1995. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100.000.00.
