The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of a three story steel frame and masonry structure complete with concrete footings and floor slabs; bituminous built-up roofing over insulating; steel stud and wallboard interior partitions; elevator; plumbing, fire extinguishing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical lighting and power, fire alarms systems; and incidental work.
