Y -- CONSTRUCT INERT MUNITIONS BUILDING SOL F41636-95-B0013 POC LARRY CARRICO tel: 210/671-1732/JOSE GARZA Description: Furnish all necessary materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary in accordance with drawings and specifications to Construct new Inert Munitions Building at Medina Annex. Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a 50 by 100 foot pre-engineered metal building with a 16 foot high clear span throughout erected on a concrete slab. Project includes installation of rolling type warehouse doors, personnel doors, interior and exterior lighting, lightning protection, and concrete pad. Also included is required site work and extension of existing alarm system and existing electrical lines. Magnitude is $250K to $500K. Project contains a statutory cost limitation of $300,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Project has been set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 days after this notice is published, indicate interest by responding to the contracting office listed above.
