This project consists of constructing 3 handicapped accessible concrete masonry vault toilet buidings, 2 in the White Spar Campground and 1 at the Lynx Lake South Day-Use Area, Prescott National Forest. Each building is a two-room concrete masonry building with 1 riser in each room. A frost-proof water hydrant shall be constructed at one of the toilets in White Spar Campground. It will be plubmed into an existing system and a small section of the existing waterline shall be relocated. The same toilet will also have electrical service run to it while the others shall have only the interior wiring conduit and fixture boxes installed for future electrical service. The project areas are located in the Prescott National Forest, Yavapai County, Arizona in T13N, R2W, SEC 16 approximately 1 mile south of the city of Prescott, Arizona on Highway 89 and T13N, R1W, SEC 8 approximately 5 miles southeast of Prescott, Arizona just south of Highway 69.
