Overall exterior measurements are 21' wide, 10' high, 29'6'' long. The project location is on Matagorda Island on Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in Calhoun County. The Island is accessible by ferry only, has no utilities or drinking water. This is not a small business set-aside. Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required.
