The proposed contract provides for on-site repair services for a variety of makes and models of automatic data processing (ADP), communications and word processing equipment in support of authorized customers of the Rock Island Arsenal information technology directorate located at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. The equipment to be maintained and repaired consists of, but is not limited to: Microcomputers, terminals, keyboards, printers, plotters, facsimilemachines, radio base stations, radios, answering machines, and pagingsystems. Contractors are urged to inspect the site(S) where services are to be performed. Site information is included in the Solicitation. Since subcontracting possibilities may exist, It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make direct contact with prospective prime contractors Early in the procurement stages.
