POC Purchasing Agent Beverly Hatfield (916) 557-5232 (Site Code
DACA05) Furnish labor, material, equipment necessary for removal and
disposal of six (6) underground storage tanks (USTs), associated
piping, and up to 100 cubic yards (160 tons) of Total Petroleum
Hydrocarbon (TPH) contaminated soil. Contractor will be responsible for
obtaining all permits and paying all associated fees. All work will be
performed in accordance with Marin County Department of Environmental
Health Procedures for Underground Storage Tank Removal and
Tri-Regional board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and
Investigation of Underground Tank Sites, and scope of work. Project
location: East Fort Baker, located approximately 2 miles north of San
Francisco, Marin County, California. Firms are requested to provide
their name, street and mailing address, telephone number and the
quotation number of the project when requesting a solicitation package.
All responsible Small Business sources may submit a written quote which
will be considered by the agency. This RFQ is being processed under the
Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requests shall be received NLT 25
