The work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing Hatchery Building roof including all flashing, gutters and downspouts. Existing roof is an asphalt shingle roof (non-asbestos). The new roof shall be a standing seam metal roof. The roof is approximately 4,000 square feet in area. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
