The project includes demolition, piping, controls, electrical, concrete work, welding, lead removal, and asbestos removal. The proposal shall include conceptual drawings of the roof plan and all elevations as a minimum. Work shall be done on the Arnold Lakeside Club located at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.
