MODULAR MULTIFUNCTION INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEMS (MMITS) FORUM The next Modular Multifunction Information Transfer System (MMITS) Forum meeting will be held in Atlanta GA on March 11-13, 1997. It will be hosted by BellSouth Wireless in their facility at 1155 Peachtree Street NE. The meeting will focus on committee, subcommittee and working group activities. The Technical Committee will work on draft sections of the mid-year report on Applications, Architectures and Form Factors. The Hand Held Working Group and the Mobile Working Group will report on their work to apply and test the general architectural model to their areas.
