Postal Service is soliciting proposals to enclose the existing covered parking structure at the Albany P&DC at 30 Old Karner Rd. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, earthwork, concrete and masonry, structural steel, HVAC and electrical. The estimated cost of the work is between $150,000.00 and $450,000.00, with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 1997. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a February 10, 1997 at a cost of $25.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S.
