BASE BID ITEM 0001 includes, but is not limited to, site work, entry portals at each building incorporating building addresses and tenant mailboxes and enhanced paving at pedestrian street crossings. Also included are masonry walls, site stairs and ramps, front patio roof covering improvements and entry trellises, storage shed improvements, landscape and irrigation, lighting and incidental related work. The Jogging Trails and Paths are ADDITIVE BID ITEM 0001AA and the work includes, but is not limited to, site work, perimeter jogging/walking path, site furnishings, fencing and incidental related work. -- The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract duration is 380 calendar days. This project is being issued on an "UNRESTRICTED" basis inviting full and open competition. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000.
