The work includes the removal of an existing built-up roof with gutters and downspouts, and the installation of an EPDM roof system, gutters and downspouts, painting 62 window sets, and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. The related small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 28 February 1997. The estimated bid opening date is 31 March 1997. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $23.93 for plans and specifications.
