The replacement OWS and the asphalt to be used for crushed asphalt road base for the access road will be provided by the government; all other materials shall be provided by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide drainage fro hazardous waste storage pad, replace the containment valve for the waste oil containment basin, and reroute storm drainage in the area south of bldgs 1701 and 1712. Estimated Range: $25,000 -- $100,000 Performance Period: 120 days ARO The approximate issue/response date will be 16 Apr 97. The anticipated award date will be 06 May 97. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
