remove an oil-fired 300 MBH boiler, remove a brick chimney to below the
roof sheathing and repair. Install a new undergroung gass line (approx.
250 lf) and install a new gas-fired 300 MBH boiler. Test soil in area
of gas pipe trenching for possible fuel contamination. Performance
period is 126 days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated range is $25K to
$100K. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1542. Size standard is $17
