Work includes, but is not limited to removal of all lead based paint on the three water towers, repainting of all three water towers and attachment of a government furnished ladder safety cage to tank No. 1895. Work will take palce entirely within the confines of Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The project will have a lump sum bid for the work and the performance time will be 210 days. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is 100% set aside for small business. Firms should indicate whether they are women owned, disadvantaged or small. IFB will be issued on or about 15 Apr 97. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Only written requests will be accepted. (0086)
