The National Institutes of Health intends to procure services for the painting and repair of existing facilities, laboratories, and support facitlites located throughout the NIH campus, the NIH animal care center in Poolseville, and the NIH rental facilites in Rockville, MD for a 12 month period with four(4) one (1) year option periods. The option periods will be taken into consideration in the award determination. Multiple awards may be made.
