The work includes the renovation of six(6) restrooms and adjacent janitorial closets in Building 603 including the replacement of doors including hardware; replacement of partitions; replacement toilets and seats; replacement of sinks and countertops; replacement of all mirrors and lighting; installation of ceramic tiles on walls and floor; installation of floor drains; installation of piping with insulation, soil pipe, and vent pipe; installation of furring to conceal piping; installation of receptacles at countertop areas; and installation of new suspended ceilings. Work shall be performed as indicated herein to address the presence of lead base paint. This solicitation will be issued on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
