Z -- CONSTRUCT NEW PRE-ENGINEERED STRUCTURE SOL F04666-97-B0022 POC Lt Judy Gettys, 916/634-3410, Contracting Officer, Larry Fox, 916/634-3309 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct a new 5,500 square foot pre-engineering building having combined office and warehouse space at Beale AFB. A list of additives will be included. Contractor will provide complete architecture, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems for the building. The building shall have a slab on grade, steel clear span structure, metal side panels, sloped standing seam metal roof, and interior finishes. Contractor will also provide all new walls, ceilings, windows, doors, hardware, trim finishes, mechanical and plumbing, electrical systems including panels, electrical service, power, lighting, telephones, fire detection and alarm systems. The work will also include the design and construction of overhead (wet pipe) fire sprinkling systems for the facility. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 July 97 -- at no charge until supply is exhaused.
