material, equipment and supervision needed to scarify and pulverize
approximately 40,000 sq. yds of existing asphalt, an area of
approximately 8 acres, located at the B-Mill deck, approximately 3
miles north of Orick, California. Work also includes hauling the
pulverized asphalt to two sites located no more than 3 miles away, and
tailgate spreading it on a hiking/biking trail. Estimated price range
is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project duration is 60 calendar days
A limited number of solicitation packages will become available
approximately early July on a first-come-first-served basis until the
supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a 30-day response time for
submission of offers. There will be no charge for the solicitation
package, however only one copy will be furnished to each requesting
party. Planholders list will not be faxed. Interested parties should
request a solicitation package in writing to the attention of the
Contracting Office at Redwood National Park or fax it to (707)
