Z -- RENOVATE DINING ROOM, B-4 SOL IFB 659-21-97 DUE 081397 POC Jolette Cole, Contracting Officer Provide all materials, equipment and labor to renovate the existing dining room on the 3rd floor of B-4 at VAMC Salisbury, NC. Work will consist of demolition, masonry, electrical, sheet flooring, acoustical tile, painting, plaster work and general construction. New work to be completed consisting of removing existing VCT from floors, plastic laminate from walls and columns, removing existing ceiling tile and grid, 2-2'x4' fluorescent light fixtures. New work will consist of installing sheet flooring glass block walls, plaster skim coating of walls and columns, painting wall and columns, installing 6" wide chair rail, installing recessed 10 fluorescent down lights, refinishing doors, installing new open style doors and hardware. Total contract completion time, 90 calendar days; 120 calendar day bid acceptance time required. Award is subject to availability of funding. Specifications and drawings will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. SIC Code 1542 is assigned; this procurement is unrestricted.
