The system consists of providing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the four (4) HVAC units to be installed. SIC code 1542 applies to this project. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The SBA size standard of $17.0 M of annual gross revenue over three (3) years apllies. This solicitation is being competed full & open w/SDB preference and all bids will be evaluated in accordance with DFARS 252.219-7008 "Notice of Evaluation Preference for SDB Concerns-Construction Acquisitions Test Program".
