Rowland, 315-476-7461, ext 3599 Work includes all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to cool various telephone closets at the VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. Work includes HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and certain other items as outlined in the specifications. HVAC consists of additition of cooling only fan coil units in various existing Telephone Equipment Rooms, connection into existing chilled water piping, pipe and pipe insulation, controls, balancing. Plumbing consists of addition of indirect waste (IW) systems for fan coil unit drains being located in various existing Telephone Equipment Rooms. Each indirect waste system will terminate over existing air gap waste hubs located in the pipe basement. Electrical consists of addition of receptacles, panelboards and associated feeders and branch circuiting in Telephone Equipment Rooms. Provide branch circuiting to mechanical equipment also in the Equipment Rooms and relocate outlets as indicated to avoid interference with mechanical work.
