The construction consists of maintenance, repair or alteration of the commissary located on Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The project provides for the upgrade of the existing lighting illumination levels in the sales area to meet Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) standards, to upgrade the office lighting with energy conserving features, to provide a new interior decor, to replace two existing frozen food display case line-ups, to extend a refrigerated display case line, to perform heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs, to upgrade the refrigeration monitoring and alarm system, to install a new CCTV system and provide miscellaneous interior and exterior maintenance and repair work to the existing commissary (building 20180).
