Subject project involves work that includes but is not limited to the following: -1st, 2nd, 3rd levels, demolition of existing corridor ceilings, removal of existing floor finishes, wall finishes, and ceiling finishes. Removal of existing light fixtures, removal of existing counters and cabinet units. Removal of existing window treatment, removal of existing interior signage and existing government appointments. These areas include but are not limited, bedrooms, lounge areas, game rooms, corridors, laundry room, telephone areas, office, and storage areas. -This project involves the installation of new suspended ceilings, new floor materials and finishes, new wall and ceiling materials, new light fixtures, new counter and cabinet work, new window treatment, new interior signage as well as the re-installation of existing fixtures and/or items removed during demolition/construction. Magnitude of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000 and will be a lump sum contract. The SIC Code for this project is 1522. The proposed procurement is unrestricted.
