(Site Code DAKF19) The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the repair or replacement of EPDM, build-up, metal and shingle roofs at Fort Riley, Kansas, residential and non- residential. The contractor shall replace complete sections of built-up and EPDM roofs as directed. Replacement shall include removal of existing gravel surface, roofing membrane, unusable flashings and wet failed insulation and failed roof decking or lumber, installation of new insulation, new membrane, new gravel surface and new flashings. Proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Requirements Type with a Base Year and Four (4) Option Years. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 19 Jun 98 and will open on or about 21 Jul 98. This procurement is unrestricted. The estimated cost is between $1,000.000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1761. The Small Business size standard for this project is $7.0 Mil annual receipts.
